Do something amazing for the animals you love
A message from Andrew, our tiger keeper:
“Lucu is our male Sumatran tiger. You’re most likely to see him in the morning or afternoon. It’s a special moment when you see handsome Lucu up close in person or on our cameras.
Sumatran tigers usually live alone in the wild and are quite shy, so don’t worry if you can’t see him. He’s most likely exploring in the long grass or having a snooze! If he could, we’re sure even Lucu would like to say a huge tiger-sized thank you to everyone who has and continues to donate."
You can help!
We hope you enjoy watching our tigers!
Your support helps to care for all the animals you love here at Edinburgh Zoo, as well as contributing towards vital wildlife conservation, community and engagement work carried out by Royal Zoological Society of Scotland (RZSS) teams in Scotland and around the world.
