Team building at the zoo

Edinburgh Zoo provides a unique location for your next team building event that will educate, stimulate, and boost your team’s morale. 

With specially tailored activities, teams can get involved with tasks and activities focused on communication, planning and problem solving with some close-up animal interactions.

How your day with us could look! 

Morning   

• Kickstart the morning as a keeper getting down and dirty with a clean of one of our animal paddocks 
• Put your persuasion and negotiation skills to the test by learning the secrets of animal training by one of our experts and have the go at training each other!   
• Finish the morning off by creating a fun and stimulating task for the animals using craft materials in our enrichment activity 

Afternoon  

• Get hands on and help our property and estates team with making enhancements and improvements to our animal enclosures  
• Split into groups, you’ll be challenged to our photo challenge to complete against each other for a prize! 
• Finish the day meeting some of our friendliest residents up close 

Please note the above itinerary is an example and half-day sessions activities are flexible. A £10 food voucher is included in the full day experience per person to use at RZSS cafes and restaurants.  

Minimum number of 15 participants and a maximum of 30 per group.
