We love seeing your photographs of our animals, whether you’re a dedicated wildlife photographer or someone who just likes capturing a wee bit of cuteness with a smartphone. They celebrate the diversity of Edinburgh Zoo’s animals and give everyone a glimpse into their quirky characteristics.
In this month’s edition, we are happy to see a slow-and-steady two-toed sloth, giraffes celebrating World Giraffe Day and visitor-favourite Babu the sun bear.

Waiting for a ferry for a research trip, and got to meet Brigadier Sir Nils Olav - the world’s only knighted penguin and a high-ranking officer in the Norwegian King’s Guard. The Norwegian Guardsmen visit him when they are in Edinburgh. Proper gent he is too. @EdinburghZoo pic.twitter.com/ncBMhH7dhL
