From Saturday 22 to Sunday 30 July 2023, get involved with Poo Fest and enjoy a range of poo-themed events and activities. Take on the challenge to match species to faeces, create SPLATtastic poo and goo, plus find out just how valuable our animal dung really is! 

Poo Fest in Lemur Lodge  

We’ll be doing a po(o)p up poo-zone in Lemur Lodge! There will be a sandpit with hidden faeces to match with species, as well as the chance to enter our competition for guessing the weight of our rhino dung!  

Our rhino dung competition will be available to enter between 10:30am – 12:30pm. The sand pit will be available during 10:30am – 6pm.  

Clue to Poo Trail  

Throughout Poo Fest we’ll be distributing free trail maps from our admissions building for all of the family to enjoy. Answer clues at each enclosure and collect the coloured letters to reveal the hidden password. Once complete, post your trail at the gift shop and if correct, you’ll be in the draw to win a prize!
