You will impress your delegates with our fabulous conferences and meetings spaces and we will ensure they have a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Combine your company business with one or more of our exciting animal-related experiences on offer from the Edinburgh Zoo Education staff, such as an animal handling, a team building trial or a talk on an animal species of our choice. Who would forget a conference that included coming face to face with an animal?
Our conference and meetings spaces can accommodate from 8–160 delegates.
Our day delegate rate costs start from £35.00pp +VAT and includes:
- Entry to Edinburgh Zoo
- Private room hire from 9am–5pm
- Tea, coffee and breakfast pastries on arrival
- Mid-morning tea and coffee with home baked shortbread
- Finger buffet lunch with fruit juice
- Afternoon tea and coffee with home bakes
- Screen and projector or TV stand set-up within the room
- Flipchart and pens (if required)
- Pens and paper pads (if required)
- Wi-Fi access
- Mineral water
- Complimentary car parking (subject to availability)
