Community groups across the capital connect with nature thanks to CityFibre

The Royal Zoological Society of Scotland (RZSS) visited Wester Hailes Library as part of their Giraffe About Town community programme, sponsored by CityFibre.

Staff at the wildlife conservation charity are delivering a series of inclusive, creative workshops to children, families and community groups in the capital, with the aim of connecting people with wildlife and inspiring them to protect, value and love nature in Scotland and around the world.

In June, community groups across Edinburgh finished painting their sculptures, forming a ‘wee herd’ in libraries and other community spaces across the city. The Giraffe About Town trail runs until 29 August. For more information, please visit giraffeabouttown.org.uk.
