Please note: all online tickets must be purchased by midnight the day before the intended visit date

1. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
   
2. There is no additional charge to view the giant pandas. Currently we are operating a free-flow system so there is no requirement to book a viewing slot at this time.
3. We cannot guarantee that either panda will be on show at any one time.
   
4. In extreme weather conditions we may have to close Edinburgh Zoo.
   
5. Due to any unforeseen animal welfare issues exhibits may be closed to visitors without notice.
   
6. No flash photography is allowed whilst in the panda experience.
