How you can help

Ediburgh Zoo Advert

The natural world needs our help...and we need yours!  Please consider making a donation to support our conservation, education and research work, both within our parks and across the world.

Maps & Guides

Trying to find the tigers?  Lost near the lemurs? With over 80 acres of hillside parkland, we want to make sure you make the most of your day at Edinburgh Zoo!

Why not download our Map Of the Zoo (pdf, 450kb) and plan your route before you arrive to make the best of your visit - and make sure you don't miss out on seeing your favourite animals!

We've gone all technical at Edinburgh Zoo!

Whilst walking around the zoo keep your eye out for one of our QR codes. These barcode like images can be scanned using any barcode scanner application such as RedLaser™ on your smartphone.

These clever little codes will then direct you to a video on YouTube all about our animals and how our keepers look after them.

Wheelchair Access

Many of the paths around the Zoo can be accessed by wheelchair.  However some routes invlove steps or steep slopes which are unsuitable for wheelchairs.
