Panda viewing tickets

If you are a new member and you wish to book tickets to see the pandas please sign up to the Members Portal. Once you have purchased membership please note that it may take 10 working days (or longer during busier periods) in order to process your membership and until such time you will have limited access to the portal and will not be able to book for pandas, we are also unable to book panda tickets over the phone during this time..
