No two companies are the same, which is why our Corporate Membership Programme offers flexibility with 2 levels of membership to choose from.

Terms & Conditions
- Corporate tickets are strictly non-transferable and should be used only by people with a connection to the Corporate Member Company. As a charity RZSS relies on income from day visitors, members and animal adopters and as such corporate tickets should neither be sold nor given away. For example ‘spare tickets’ should not be passed along queues.
- One full ticket admits one person or one half ticket admits one child (aged 3 to 15 years).
- A valid corporate ticket entitles the holder to admission to either Edinburgh Zoo or the Highland Wildlife Park during their published opening hours.
- Corporate tickets are only valid until the expiry date shown and no extensions will be made to the expiry date.
- Tickets are not valid for educational school visits.
- An adult must accompany children aged 15 years old or younger.
- RZSS reserves the right to increase prices for the additional blocks of 20 tickets during the year of your membership. This will not affect tickets bought before a price increase. Corporate members will be informed in advance of any price increases.
- It is not the responsibility of the RZSS Membership Office to issue tickets direct to Corporate Members’ staff. Admission will not be granted without the production of a valid ticket – if corporate members do not have a valid ticket on the day of admission, the current admission charge must be paid, and this is not refundable.
- Refunds are not issued if membership is cancelled mid-term. No refunds will be made for excess tickets.
- Corporate tickets have no monetary value.
- RZSS reserves the right to refuse admission and/or cancel membership without refund if the holder, or anyone as part of the membership, behaves in a threatening or abusive way to our staff, contractors, visitors or animals.
- Both Edinburgh Zoo and the Highland Wildlife Park are open every day of the year, except in severely adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control, whereupon we may have to refuse admission.
