TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Private Functions  

• Having discussed your function requirements and date, all you have to do is place a provisional booking with us.
• Within 14 days of placing the provisional booking, we would require a maximum deposit of £300 and written confirmation.
• We will at this stage reply, confirming the details of your booking and enclosing your receipt for the deposit paid.
• Should we not receive a deposit within 14 days, we will be obliged to release the provisional booking.
• We recommend that six weeks prior to the event, final details and selections are made.
• The Society does not allow corkage payment, but we do have an extensive and varied wine list for your perusal.
• Full pre-payment of the balance is due 72 hours prior to your function with a credit card required if you wish to change extras to your account.
• Prices are correct at the time of print, but may be subject to change.  All prices are inclusive of VAT.

CANCELLATION

If you have to cancel the function, we reserve the right to retain the initial deposit along with 20% of the expected account if given less than six month's notice, 40% of the expected account if given less than two month's notice.
