The Mansion House is available for exclusive use upon request, as are the House & Gardens as a joint package
Hire is available for a minimum of 10 persons - for smaller groups please contact our Catering and Events department for individual prices.

Costs are baed on evening hire of Budongo, however access times are subject to discussion.

Hire only available for a maxiumum of 2 hours for a drinks reception
Hire only available until 9.00pm each day
Special Notes:
  • All room costs are based on a day rate 8.30am - 5.00pm. Part day rates are available on request
  • All costs include VAT and are subject to change
  • Parking is included, subject to availability
  • For the organiser/facilitator on the day, a parking space next to the Mansion House can be arranged
  • For any event taking place between 5.30pm and 12 midnight a minimum charge of £125.00 will be added to the part day room hire to cover the necessary security
  • Room hire cost includes: stationary, water, flipcharts with pens, projection screen and mints
Your dedicated Events Manager can also assist with the following:
  • Menu choices - any catering requirements - breakfast, working lunch or dinner
  • Audio Visual - data projector, lap tops, TV/CD/DVD
  • Signage
Please note equipment is subject to Mansion House availability. Should we need to hire, prices will be on application
A charge of 50% of the catering bill will be levied on cancellation of the booking within five days of the conference date.
