Book tickets

Tickets to view the giant pandas are now available for dates up until the 31 August 2017.
Please note: all online tickets must be purchased by midnight the day before the intended visit date

1. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
   
2. Viewing the Edinburgh Zoo Giant Pandas is free but ticketed. Spaces are limited so pre-booking is essential.
   
3. Each viewing slot lasts 15 - 20 minutes but we cannot guarantee that either panda will be on show at any one time.
   
4. In extreme weather conditions we may have to close Edinburgh Zoo.
   
5. Due to any unforeseen animal welfare issues viewing sessions may be suspended without notice.
   
6. Children under 3 years are admitted free to Edinburgh Zoo but must be booked into a panda time slot.
   
7. No flash photography is allowed whilst in the panda experience.
