Free prize draw to win one of 100 RZSS annual memberships

Prize draw rules

  1. Each of 100 winners will receive one single RZSS membership at adult, concession or child category as appropriate.  There is no cash alternative.
  2. Only one entry per household.
  3. Entry to the Free Prize Draw is open to UK residents over 16 years only (a child membership is only available if an adult entrant has nominated a child to receive the membership.
  4. Entry to the Free Prize Draw is via the online registration process only.  The competition will close at 5pm on 31st August 2009. RZSS will not be liable if the prize cannot be taken by the winner for any reason beyond the control of the RZSS.
  5. No purchase necessary.
  6. Members’ benefits are subject to availability.  Membership is non-transferable, but may be gifted to a ‘nominated recipient’ if specified at time of entry.
  7. Prizes will be issued to the winners within one month of the closing date.  Membership will be valid from 1st October 09 until 31st October 2010.
  8. Participants must provide their full postal address (and that of the ‘nominated recipient’ where applicable) as prizes and notifications will be posted.
  9. Entries which are incomplete or not submitted in accordance with the rules will be disqualified.
  10. The eligibility of any entrant is at the sole discretion of the RZSS. Employees, families or agents of the Promoter and/or any of its associated companies are not eligible to enter the promotion.
  11. By entering the competition, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these rules.
  12. In the event of any dispute regarding this competition and all matters relating to it the decision of the RZSS is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered in to.
  13. The Winners maybe requested to take part in promotional activity and RZSS reserve the right to use their names and town in publicity.
  14. Subject to the proceeding paragraph, any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to any third party.
  15. If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made by the RZSS to contact the winner the RZSS are entitled to dispose of the prize as they see fit without any liability to the winner for having done so.
