Giant Panda Booking Queries
I would like to change my panda viewing time/date, how can I change my booking?
We will do our best to accomodate you when we can, however this is not alway possible.
We are only able to offer refunds as per our refund policy.
There will be a £2.00 administration fee for any changes made.

I am a member of Edinburgh Zoo, how do I get panda viewing tickets?
Our members are allocated a specific quota of panda viewing slots each day. to guaruntee viewing members are advised to pre-book online using our members portal
I have been given a gift voucher, how do I get panda viewing tickets?
An allocation of tickets will be kept back each day and are available on a first come first serve basis.
We recommend arriving early on your chosen day.
I am a member from another Zoo how do I get panda viewing tickets?
An allocation of tickets will be kept back each day for walk ups, these are available on a first come first serve basis.
We recommend arriving early on your chosen day.
When will later dates be available for purchase?
Tickets are currently available until 30 September 2012. We will be released further tickets later in the year.
